Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Initiation Period:

Customers are granted a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate an exchange for an item. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in an unused, unwashed condition, matching the state in which it was initially received. The item must also be in its original packaging, with all attached tags intact.

 

Acceptance Criteria:

Exchange requests will be considered exclusively under circumstances where the customer has received an incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) has/have sustained damage.

  • In cases where such incidents occur without any culpability on the part of the customer, Estranged Panda shall assume the responsibility of covering the return and replacement shipping costs upon the item's receipt by one of our authorized agents.
  • Conversely, when the responsibility for the issue lies with the customer, Estranged Panda will not entertain returns and will exclusively facilitate exchanges. It is a prerequisite that the customer bears the shipping costs for both the return of the original item(s) and the dispatch of the replacement, especially in cases where damage is attributed to the customer.

 

Resolution Process:

In cases where incidents occur without any culpability on the part of the customer, the image documentation for defective or incorrect size products will be as follows

  • For defective products, please provide clear images highlighting the specific area of the defect. This will aid us in assessing the issue accurately.
  • For incorrect size products, include an image showing the armpit to armpit size measurement. This helps us cross-check the size discrepancy with our vendor.

Once we provide the receipt of the requirement, We will proceed to dispatch the correct/replacement product(s) once the original item(s) have been returned and acknowledged in our possession.

Any exchange will be processed in 48hrs and then will be dispatched to reach you within 7 to 10 days depending on the area you reside in.

It is imperative to note that this arrangement is rendered null and void if the product incurs any damage during the transportation process.

 

Additionally, please be aware that customized products are exempt from the exchange or return policy.

 

No refunds will be provided for any products.
